Hungarian mythology is not well known and there is a reason for that. The Hungarians were nomadic tribes who did not record their culture in writing and image. When they settled in Europe, they soon converted to Christianity and their pagan culture was lost.
Characters and stories were collected for this book in an attempt to breathe life into Hungarian mythology, and present it to the world
in a new illustrated version.
